Box 33b - Other ID#

Box Number

Box 33b shows the billing provider's other ID number. In the RCM, this can be the billing provider taxonomy code.

In Kipu RCM

The billing provider information is managed under the Insurance Billing tab within the Practice Admin section. However, a claim will only include the billing provider taxonomy if a Claim Form Rule has been created. For more information on updating the taxonomy, click here.
