Box 7 - Insured's Address

Box Definition

Box 7 is where the subscriber address is displayed.

In Kipu RCM

• If the patient is the subscriber, clicking on the Patient Profile section of a treatment episode allows you to manage the patient's address. For more information on managing patient demographics, click here. 
• If the subscriber differs from the patient, the address can be updated within the Policy Holder section of the patient's profile. For more information on updating the policyholder information, click here.
