Box Definition

Box 7 is where the insured's address is displayed.

In AveaOffice

To change the insured's address on a claim form:

1. Navigate to the Patient>Treatment Episodes>[Select Treatment Episode]>Intake > Patient Profile.

2. Click Edit

4. Click Save

Loop 2010BA, Segment N302 (Address), N401 (City), N402 (State), N403 (ZIP).
