Dashboards
The Dashboards section provides Managing Organizations with a brief overview of their monthly, quarterly, and yearly health, visualized with both numbers and graphs. To learn more about dashboards, click here.
Work Center
The Work Center is centralized to address individual items within the revenue cycle. These items include Eligibility Checks, VOBs, Utilization Reviews, Claims, and Payments. To learn more about the Work Center, click here.
Record Center
Items that have been worked in the Work Center will then move to the Record Center for future reference. This includes items like Corrected Claims, Claim Submission Batches, and Remits. To learn more about the Record Center, click here.
Management Center
The Management Center comprises two distinct parts: the Organization Dashboard and Claim Rules.
- The Organization Dashboard provides a pulse check on pending items in the Work Center that need attention.
- The Claim Rules section is where claim rules are configured and managed. Both areas can only be accessed by a Managing Organization Admin.
Patients
The Patients section is a directory for creating and managing patient profiles at the organization level. To learn more about the Patients section, click here.
Attendance
The Attendance Calendar is where treatments, also known as services, are recorded before being transmitted to the Work Center for conversion into claims. To learn more about the Attendance Calendar, click here.
Reporting
The Reporting section provides multiple types of reports at both the Organization and Managing Organization level. This section provides five categories of reports: Accounting, Billing, Attendance, Utilization Review, and Configuration. To learn more about reporting in the RCM, click here.
Practice Admin
The Practice Admin houses the configuration information needed to bill commercial claims. In this section, claim components such as services, billing profiles, and rates are set at both the practice and facility levels. To learn more about the Practice Admin, click here.
Organization Admin
The bulk of configurations made in the Organization Admin are for organizations with the Patient Billing module. In addition to Patient Billing settings, this section also manages the Period Close feature. To learn more about the Organization Admin, click here.
Managing Organization Admin
