- Review Insurance Payments: The Review Insurance Payments tab of the Work Center has been updated with a new design language.
- Work Claims > Payments: A new column on the Payments tab will display the Copay amount. This will display any payments posted with the PR-3 adjustment reason code.
- Corrections: When resolving corrections, a new field titled Claim Notes is now available.
- Any notes entered in this field will automatically be added as a claim note.

Eligibility Schedules: A new message has been added to the Add Schedule process for batch eligibility.
- U/R Notes Setting: A new setting has been added to the Practice Admin > Configuration > Admin tab that will allow users to specify whether they want to send U/R notes back to the Kipu EMR on a per-practice basis. When enabled, U/R notes will be visible on the Patient Facesheet.
- Kipu CRM: Prospective Treatment episodes will no longer be added from the Kipu CRM for patients that have an active Admitted Treatment episode.

Patient Demographics Report: A new Date Type called Active has been added to the Patient Demographics report for both the Organization and Managing Organization levels to allow users to quickly see which patients are currently admitted. You will also be able to include patients with prospective treatment episodes, as needed.
- Additionally, for the Date Types of Admit and Discharge Date, a new toggle is available to Include Archived Patients.

- View Eligiblity: Fixed an issue where the View Eligiblity hyperlink on the Batch screen went to the incorrect treatment episode.
- Insurance Payments: Fixed an issue where the horizontal scroll bar was missing from the Payments tab of the Treatment Episode.
- Prospective Treatment Episode: Fixed an issue where practices did not display when attempting to admit a prospective treatment episode.
- Eligibility Status: Fixed an issue where the All Practices filter failed to load all related Eligibility Statuses.
- Planned Payments: Fixed an issue where planned payments did not automatically run. Planned payments were manually generated while the fix was being released, so no payments should have been missed.

- Combined A/R Details Report: Gain deeper insight into receivables at the individual claim and service level across your organizations.
- Combined A/R Summary Report: Understand potential revenue and the overall health of your receivables, and identify patients and cases that may require additional collection efforts.
- Work Center: On the Eligibility status tab of the Work Center, organizations containing patients that have inactive coverage or coverage in review will have asterisks next to the organization name.
- Claim Rule: A new Claim Form Rule behavior—Billing Provider - Tax ID—is now available for professional claims that allows users to add the Facility Tax ID on the claim.

New Managing Organization Reports: The following reports are now available to be run at the Managing Organization level, allowing users to report on all organizations within a managing organization. These reports include:
- Patient Billable Report: Report on your patient billables across organizations.
- Unsubmitted Treatments Report: Use this report to view account-wide unbilled charges, ensure dates of service are recorded correctly before submitting to billing for claim creation, and estimate revenue based on dates of service for month-end accounting.

- Navigation: Now when switching organizations or practices in the header, you will remain on the same page instead of being automatically directed to the Practice Admin page. The key exception to this is patient profile and related treatment information that is specific to a different organization.

- Patient Payments Report: Previously this report used a different time reference for payments completed which caused issues with transaction dates. This has been resolved and the payments will now reflect the correct dates.
- Work Claims: Fixed an issue where the Work Claims list displayed claims twice for patients with a primary and secondary insurance, inflating the number of claims that need to be followed up on.
- Eligibility: Fixed an issue where the Payer drop-down did not function as expected on the Eligibility History tab.

- A/R Waterfall Report: View a high-level view of submissions and collections with detail by month, quarter, and year across organizations.
- Patient Billables: A new filter is added to the Patient Billables tab in Patient Billing that will allow users to filter out billables with a $0 balance by choosing the Open Balance Only option.

- Patient Statements: Unapplied adjustments are now taken into consideration for a patient amount due.
