December 2024 Release Notes

219.2 - December 26th, 2024

New Reports: We are excited to announce the release of the 3 new reports: Rendering Provider Profile Report, Payer Mix Report, and Payer Rates Report. These reports allow users to download a report to view all relative information associated with the report title without having to click through multiple sections of the practice(s) to locate it.
Claim Rule Updates: We're adding two new options to the Claim Form Rule to support users who need to write payer-specific taxonomy codes for their facility to a claim.
- Users can now add the Facility Name as a Condition.
- Additionally, the existing rule to update the Facility Taxonomy can now be used to input a custom taxonomy.

Service Billing Profile Report: We are excited to announce the release of the Service Billing Profile Report. This report allows users to download a report to view all service billing profiles created without clicking on each profile separately.

Deleting Insurance Sets: Some clients were experiencing issues deleting unused insurance sets. This has since been resolved.

Unsubmitted Attendance: We have enhanced the Unsubmitted Attendance section by adding additional filters. Users can now filter this section by errors, payer, and level of care.

Patient Billing: A new column has been added to the Patient Billables section of the patient profile. The RCM now displays if a billable is out of balance under the Balance Status
Billed Rates Report: The Billed Rates Report is now available at the Managing Organization Level.

Copy Standalone Service: Some clients were receiving error messages when attempting to us the Copy Standalone Service feature that has since been resolved.

Reporting: We are excited to announce that in addition to releasing a new layout, we have added a category to the Reporting section of the RCM. Users can now access the Configuration section of Reporting and run the Billed Rates report. This report will display each service rate referenced at the facility level and include information such as the service name, rate, and billing profile associated with the rate.
Patient Billing: We have enhanced the statement generation process for users who generate statements in bulk. The system will now process and create the new statements in the background and notify them when the process is complete, allowing the user to work on other tasks in the interim.
