Enhanced

  • Claims Payment Report: A new column has been added to the Claims Payment Report that displays the Rendering Provider NPI.
  • Secondary Claims: Users can now close a primary claim without submitting a claim to a secondary. When updating the state of a claim, will now see three options: Open, Close, and Close and Submit to Secondary. 
  • Submit Claims: A Payer filter has been added to the Work Center > Insurance Claims > Submit Claims section. This filter allows users to display and submit claims, grouped by payer.
