November 2024 Release Notes

217.1 - November 21st, 2024

Unsubmitted Treatment Report: We have enhanced the Unsubmitted Treatments report with 12 additional columns to provide information such as A/R Classification, Admit Date, and Discharge Date.

Recording Attendance: Users will now have the option to select Copy Combined Service Set to expedite recording attendance when using a Combined Service Set.
MRN: The MRN has been added to the EDI file of professional claims. Click here to learn more about EDI Files.
Condition Codes: Condition Codes can now be added to Professional claims using a Claim Form Rule.
Claims:
- A new dropdown option has been added to the Claim section of the patient profile. Users can now sort a patient's claims by balance, which will default to displaying the highest balance first.
- In addition to the new sort by options, the Claim section now displays the Co-Pay.

ICN Information: Some users were receiving error messages when attempting to click the ICN hyperlink within the Payment Collection. This has been resolved.
Currently Held/Rejected Claims: Some users were unable to view the rejection message within the Currently Held/Rejected Claims due to the font color. This has been resolved.
