Definition

When this claim was being processed, data was found in a field that is not used for the submitted file format (4010/5010). 

Resolution

When a claim is rejected for bad data it's typically due to data in a field that is not used for the submitted file format. 

To resolve this rejection, a claim will need to be resubmitted through the clearinghouse in order to remove the bad data. Please contact Support directly for more information regarding Bad Data rejections and to help get the claim submitted through.
