Definition
This rejection occurs when Waystar determines that the claim submitted is a duplicate of a claim submitted within the last 24 months.
Resolution
To resolve this rejection - First, confirm that the claim was not previously submitted in the last 24 months by running a Claim Submission Report or by navigating to Patient Treatment Episode > Insurance Billing > Claims.
If the claim was not previously submitted, please contact Support for further assistance.
