Definition
This rejection occurs when the payer identifies that they have already received the same claim/service.
Resolution
In order to resolve this rejection, verify that the services have not been sent to the payer by navigating Patient Treatment Episode > Insurance Billing > Claims or by running a Claim Submission Report.
If the claim/services have not previously been submitted, please contact Support for further assistance.
