Definition

The zip code for the patient's address is not recognized by the USPS.

Resolution

1. Double-check the zip code at https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm
2.  Navigate to the patient > Intake > Patient Profile.
   
3. Edit the section.
4. Edit the zip code. 
   
5. Click Save.
6. Navigate to Insurance Billing > Review Correction and click Check for Corrections to resubmit.
