This rejection occurs when the Admitting Diagnosis Code is invalid for the claim date of service or for the diagnosis code qualifier reported.

Resolution

To resolve this rejection:

1. Navigate to Patient Treatment Episode > Intake > Behavioral Service Diagnosis (Or Standalone Service Diagnosis).
2. Select "Set" on the Admitting diagnosis.
3. Select the new diagnosis code.
4. Navigate to Patient Treatment Episode > Insurance Billing > Review Corrections.
5. Select "Check for Corrections".
6. Resolve the claim correction.
7. Navigate to Work Center > Insurance Claims > Submit claims.
8. Submit.
