Payer Expected Rates Report

This report provides a holistic view of referenced payer (expected) rates within an organization.

Generating the Report

Let's review how to create the Payer Expected Rates report! 

      1. Navigate to the Reporting section.
      2. Under Configuration Reports, select the Payer Expected Rates Report.

      3. Update the Practice filter to instruct the system which practices to omit from the report.
      4. Select Run Report.
      5. To download the report, select Download.

      6. To include data from the last 24 hours, select Refresh Data.

Viewing the Report

This report produces a table of the expected rates created within the Payers section of the Practice Admin. To view an example of this report, click here

Columns and Definitions

Row Name Definition/Calculation
Practice This is the name of the practice where the payer rate is referenced. 
Service This is the name of the service associated with the rate.
Billing Profile This is the name of the billing profile associated with the rate.
Payer This is the name of the payer associated with the rate.
Payer Rate This is the rate amount.
Level of Care This is the level of care established in the billing profile associated with the rate.
Revenue Code This is the revenue code established in the billing profile associated with the rate.
Procedure Code This is the procedure code established in the billing profile associated with the rate.
Effective Date This is the effective date of the rate.
Review Date This is the review date of the rate.
Contract This is the contract status of the referenced service rate. 
Status This is an indication of whether the rate is currently active or historic.
