This report provides users with a holistic view of all rendering provider profiles within each organization

Generating the Report

Let's review how to create the Rendering Provider Profile Report! 

      1. Navigate to the Reporting section.
      2. Under Configuration Reports, select the Rendering Provider Profile Report.

      3. Update the Practice filter to instruct the system which practices to omit from the report.
      4. Select Run Report.
      5. To download the report, select Download.

      6. To include data from the last 24 hours, select Refresh Data.

Viewing the Report

This report provides a table of all rendering provider profiles created under an organization's practice. To view an example of this report, click here.

Columns and Definitions

Row Name Definition
Name This is the first and last name of the rendering provider.
Provider Credential This is a list of the provider's credentials e.g. MD, DO, etc.
NPI This is the provider's NPI.
Tax ID Number This is the provider's Tax ID. 
State License Number This is the provider's state licensing number.
Can Bill Insurance as Billing Provider This indicates whether the rendering provider can also be used as the billing provider. 
Can Be Assigned to Authorizations This indicates whether the rendering provider can be assigned to U/R Plans. 
Medicaid Registerable This indicates whether the rendering provider is registerable with Medicaid. 
Practice This is the practice associated with the rendering provider profile. 
Active (Practice) This indicates whether the practice associated with the rendering provider profile is active or discontinued. 
Billed This indicates whether the rendering provider has been referenced on claims. 
Facility This is the facility associated with the rendering provider profile. 
Active (Facility) This indicates whether the facility associated with the rendering provider profile is active or discontinued.
