The Billed Rates Report will display the current service rate information and allow users to quickly QA the facility's billed rates, bypassing the need to go into each profile individually.
Generating the Report
Let's review how to create the Billed Rates Report!

- Navigate to the Reporting section.
- Under Configuration Reports, select Billed Rates Report.
- Use the Practice filter to generate the report by Practice.
- Select Run Report.
- To download the report, select Download.
- To include data from the last 24 hours, select Refresh Data.

Viewing the Report
This report produces a table displaying all referenced services at the facility level. To view an example of this report, click here.
Columns and Definitions
Row Name | Definition/Location |
Organization | This is the organization under which the facility falls. |
Practice | This is the practice under which the facility falls. |
Facility | This is the name of the facility where the service is referenced. |
Description | This is the description of the facility (when included.) |
NPI | This is the NPI of the facility. |
Taxonomy | This is the taxonomy of the facility. |
Service | This is the service name. |
Billing Profile | This is the billing profile used to reference the service. |
Institutional/Patient Billing Rate | This is the rate of the service for institutional claims or private pay claims. |
Rev Code | This is the revenue code referenced in the billing profile. |
Institutional Procedure Code | This is the HCPCS referenced in the billing profile. |
Professional Unit Rate | This is the rate of the service for professional claims. |
Professional Procedure Code | This is the CPT referenced in the billing profile. |
Service Rate Type | This is how the service rate is applied: By Service Date or Admission Date. |
Effective Date | This is the most recent effective date of the reference; if no change has been made to the rate, the system will display Baseline. |
Active | This indicates whether the service is still active or not. |
Billed | This indicates whether a service has been billed or not. Services references that have not been billed can be deleted at the facility level. |
