Let's review how to reset a password in the Kipu RCM!
- On the login page, click Reset My Password.
- Input the email associated with your login.
- Then click Submit.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- If the email is not received within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
- If you still do not receive an email, contact a Managing Organization Admin for additional assistance.

- After you have received the email, click the link to be redirected to the reset page.
- Enter and confirm your new password using the following parameters:
- One lower-case letter
- One upper-case letter
- One number (0–9)
- One symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
- Cannot be the same as the previous four passwords.
- Next, click Change Password.
- Enter the one-time password to authenticate your account and click Submit to complete the process.
Managing Organization Admins
Managing Organization Admins can unlock locked accounts, send password reset requests, and double-check for spelling errors on email addresses. Please contact a Managing Organization for your account to further assist with account troubleshooting.
