How Do I Reset My Password?

Let's review how to reset a password in the Kipu RCM!

  1. On the login page, click Reset My Password.
  2. Input the email associated with your login.
  3. Then click Submit.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
    1. If the email is not received within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
      1. If you still do not receive an email, contact a Managing Organization Admin for additional assistance.
  5. After you have received the email, click the link to be redirected to the reset page.
  6. Enter and confirm  your new password using the following parameters:
    • One lower-case letter
    • One upper-case letter
    • One number (0–9)
    • One symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
    • Cannot be the same as the previous four passwords.
  7. Next, click Change Password.
  8. Enter the one-time password to authenticate your account and click Submit to complete the process.
     

Managing Organization Admins

Managing Organization Admins can unlock locked accounts, send password reset requests, and double-check for spelling errors on email addresses. Please contact a Managing Organization for your account to further assist with account troubleshooting.
