Unsubmitted Attendance

The Unsubmitted Attendance section allows users to view all patients with services recorded that have not been submitted to the Work Center for claim creation. 

Available Filters

The Unsubmitted Attendance section offers users 3 filters to customize their view.

  • The Show filter allows users to view recorded services with errors, without errors, or all.
     
  • The Payer filter is used to include/omit recorded services based on the primary payer.
     
  • The Level of Care filter is used to include/omit recorded services based on the level of care established within the service billing profile.
     

View Unsubmitted Attendance

The Unsubmitted Attendance section provides users with broad-stroke information about recorded services that have not been submitted to the Work Center. This information includes the below information. 

  • This section will show the patient's first and last name and a quick link to open the Intake > Admit/Discharge section of the patient's associated Treatment Episode.
  • The primary behavioral payer name will be displayed under the patient's name. Patients who have had successful eligibility checks will display a green checkmark. 
  • The date of service will be displayed at the top of the unsubmitted attendance table.
     
  • The name of the recorded service will display as a line item within the patient's row and date of service column.
  • Services that cannot be submitted due to a flagged treatment will display a flag icon and will need to be manually unflagged on the calendar before the service can be submitted.
     

Submit Unsubmitted Attendance

Let's review how to submit unsubmitted attendance! 

    1. Navigate to the Attendance Calendar > Unsubmitted Attendance section.
       
    2. Select the dates of service you'd like to submit.
       
    3. Once you have made your selections, click Submit to Billing.
    4. Click Save to complete the process.
