With Configuration

The procedure code on a claim is determined by the billing profile used to create the claim. If you need to change the procedure code for all claims billed with that profile, refer to this article on how to update the billing profile.

With Claim Rules

There are two claim rules available to adjust or add procedure codes to claims.

• Use this Service Grouping Rule to update the billing profile used.
• Use this Claim Form Rule to include additional Procedure Codes on the claim.

With Claim Edits

Procedure Codes can be added to a claim before submitting it using our Claim Edits feature. To learn more about this feature, click here.
