Box 13 - Admission Hour

Box Definition

Box 13 on the UB-04 claim form is used to indicate the hour of the day that care began or when the patient was admitted for treatment.

To edit the admission hour on the UB-04 claim form in AveaOffice:

1. Navigate from the Patient to Intake > Admit/Discharge.
2. Select Edit.
   
3. Update the Admit Time.
4. Click Save.
