New Interface - June 24th, 2026
Our product team is excited to announce the release of our updated Utilization Review interface. With this release, users can expect to view more billing information related to the plan, a streamlined process for creating standalone authorizations and private-pay plans, and a dedicated area in the Work Center. Standalone Authorizations and Private-Pay Plans
With this update, creating standalone authorizations and private-pay plans will now take place within the U/R tab of the patient's treatment episode. The Service Rates tab will remain the source of truth for single-case agreements.

Dedicated Section For Working Plans
In addition to providing more information, the VOB and U/R section of the Work Center is now split. With this change, users will now have a dedicated area to better manage U/R plans. This section includes more filters, more actions, and more customizable views to only include the information you want to see.
Combining Plans
With this new release, the system can now combine claims with traditional U/R plans with standalone plans when the authorization number is the same. This update will prevent claims from splitting before submission, but it requires proper configuration. For more information on combining plans, click here.

Enhanced
New Billing Profile Setting: A new billing profile setting has been released. This setting allows users to block the combined creation of claims when two instances of the same service are recorded on the same day. For more information about service billing profiles, click here.
