Sprint 252.3 - March 31st, 2026
Enhanced
- Combining U/R Plans: For organizations currently using the new U/R interface in limited release, the system can now combine claims with traditional U/R plans with standalone plans when the authorization number is the same. This update will prevent claims from splitting before submission, but proper configuration is required. Click here for more information.
-
New Condition for Claim Form Rules: A new condition has been added for all Claim Form Rules. This new addition allows users to add the rendering provider(s) associated with a claim as a prerequisite before the rule can be applied. This condition will display a list of all available providers within the practice.
- New Claim Form Rules Available: A new Claim Form Rule is available for organizations that need to add a secondary ID to the referring rendering provider ID. This rule applies to both institutional and professional claims. For more information on this new rule, click here.
Sprint 251 - March 12th, 2026
Enhanced
- Medicare Eligibility: Organizations that bill Medicare A and B can now run eligibility checks through the RCM. The organization will need to add Payer ID Z1073 to their configuration. Since this payer requires enrollment, it may take 3-5 business days for the connection to be made. We recommend monitoring your Smartsheet to track the progress of this enrollment.
-
Billing Profiles: We are excited to announce the release of our updated workflow for recording standalone services in the RCM. When recording a new service, users can now select the billing profile to use when creating the claim. Additionally, they can select the Place of Service from the dialog box. This enhancement will allow the biller to adjust the service on a case-by-case basis, eliminating the need for additional configurations.
