March 2025 Release Notes

226.0 - March 25th, 2025

Dept of Health License (DOH) Number: The DOH field has been added to the facility profile to accommodate Washington payers, who are starting to require the DOH number on their claims. A new claim rule has been created and is required to apply the DOH number to a claim.

Create New Claims: Some users were experiencing issues with the scroll bar under the Create New Claims section in the Work Center. This has since been resolved.
Unsubmitted Treatments: Some organizations were experiencing issues with the date layout in the Unsubmitted Treatments tab. This has since been resolved.
Line Items: Some clients reported that the incorrect service name was displayed when viewing the claim's line items. This issue has since been resolved.

Create New Patient Billables: Some users were experiencing issues when attempting to create new patient billables for private pay services. This issue has since been resolved.

Location Number: Clients who submit claims to Mainecare (Maine Medicaid) must include a 3-digit location code for all facilities. This can now be achieved by adding the 3-digit code to the facility profile and creating a claim rule to apply the code to the claims.

Patients: The Patients section of the RCM has added a filter to allow users to sort patients by their Date of Birth.
MRN Information: A new Claim Form Rule allows users to omit the MRN from a patient's claims. For more information, click here.
