• A - Primary
• B - Secondary
• C - Tertiary

To change the release of information on the claim form:

1. Navigate to Practice Admin > Configuration > Insurance Billing.
2. Edit the baseline or create a scheduled change set.
3. Edit the Release of Information toggle.
