Box 11a - Insured's Date of Birth, Sex

Box Definition

Box 11a displays the insured's 8-digit birthdate (MMDDYYYY) and sex.

In AveaOffice

To make a change to patients birthdate (Birthday) and sex:

1. Navigate to the patient's profile.
2. Click Edit.
   
   
3. Change birthday.
4. Click Gender toggle button to make change.
5. Click Save.
