How do I deactivate an organization or practice under my account?

We'd hate to see you go, but we understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that are out of your control. 

That's why we've defined the steps to begin deactivating your account below:

Channel Partners

  1. In order to begin the deactivation process, the Avea Implementation Team will need written communication that you would like to terminate the organization or practice within your Managing Organization.
  2. Please send this communication to implementations@aveasolutions.com.
    • Please note that you will be billed until the end of the month no matter the day you send in your termination notice.
  3. Organizations/practices will be kept open until the end of the month for you to gather all reporting needs, then discontinued. If you would like to keep the organization/practice open longer, please include that in your message to implementations@aveasolutions.com.
    • If you send in a termination notice within 5 days of the end of the month, you will be given 10 additional calendar days into the following month to pull reports and export data.
  4. All claim submission and ERA enrollments for the deactivated organization/practice will be terminated at the end of the month.

Contract Terminations

  1. In order to begin the deactivation process, the Avea Implementation Team will need written communication that you would like to terminate your entire subscription/ managing organization to/with AveaOffice. The 60-day timeline begins from that written notice.
    • Please make sure to give a 60-day termination notice.
  2. Please send this communication to implementations@aveasolutions.com.
  3. Please note that you will be billed until the end of the month no matter the day you send in your termination notice. 
  4. Organizations/practices will be kept open until the end of the month for you to gather all reporting needs, then discontinued. If you would like to keep the organization/practice open longer, please include that in your message to implementations@aveasolutions.com.
  5. All claim submission and ERA enrollments for the deactivated organization/practice will be terminated at the end of the month.
