To reset a forgotten password:
- Open the AveaOffice login screen.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with the AveaOffice account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. If the email is not received within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
Contacting a Managing Organization Admin
Managing Organization Admins are able to unlock locked accounts, send password reset requests, and double-check for spelling errors on email addresses. Please contact a Managing Organization for your account to further assist with account troubleshooting.
